Grimsby Golf Range
Hi Colin, i wonder if you could contact me by email regarding the possibility of maybe selling Grimsby Golf Range. I was informed that you own it and would be interested to know if you had any plans to sell it in the near future. I know you currently have a professional stocking the shop, when this comes to an end i may be interested in leasing the shop if you are not looking to sell the range. I look foward to hearing from you.

Driving Range Income
Greetings I do hope you can help or know someone who can. We have recently taken over at Ruislip Golf Course, which includes a 40 bay Range. The Range is in need of substantial investment, which is available if I can demonstrate that it will be able to grow revenues to a level my Board consider exceptable for such an investment. Would you know the industry average turnover for balls sold p.a. or £Stg for a 30/40 bay Range in SE England?
